Appointment Policy
All services at Xanadu Extension Lounge are by appointment only. We require a consultation before any extension service to ensure we can provide the best possible experience and results for your hair type and goals.
Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment for extension services. This deposit will be applied to your final service total. Full payment is due at the time of service.
We accept cash, credit cards, and financing through Cherry. Please inquire about financing options during your consultation.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. We request at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
No-shows will result in loss of deposit and may require a new deposit for future appointments.
Service Expectations
Hair extensions are a commitment that requires proper maintenance. During your consultation, we will discuss:
- Recommended maintenance schedule for your extension method
- Proper at-home care instructions
- Products recommended for extension longevity
- Realistic expectations for your hair goals
Aftercare Requirements
To maintain the quality and longevity of your extensions, you must follow the aftercare instructions provided. Damage resulting from improper care or use of non-recommended products is not covered under any service guarantees.
Photography & Social Media
We may photograph your transformation for our portfolio and social media. Please let us know during your appointment if you prefer not to have your photos shared. We will always ask for permission before posting any identifiable images.
